So Far Today...

So far today, I've...

Drank 2 cups of water (a little low).

Eaten 3 servings of fruit.

Eaten 4 different types of vegetables.

Eaten 37g of protein.

And its only lunch time.  This afternoon, I will...

Work out for at least 30 minutes.

Eat more vegetables with dinner.

Get at least 70g of protein for the day.

Drink the rest of my water.

so far today, i've:
--drinken 2 liters of water
--taught kickboxing
--eaten a full [humongous] papaya
--gone to the chiropractor
--not tracked my food. lol.
